Our Model

Our Model rotates guests between our Day Center and faith communities across Erie County.  Every day we transport families to our Day Center in downtown Buffalo in time for kids to catch the bus and parents to attend to the business of finding stability and shelter while working closely with our Case Manager.  Every evening, we transport guests to a faith community in our network where they receive a hot dinner and overnight accommodations.  In the morning, we provide transportation back to our Day Center.  Every week, families are welcomed into a new faith community.
