Our Holiday Giving Tree Program is back for another year!
Welcome to our 2025 Holiday Giving Tree Program!
Are you a community member who is looking to share holiday joy with the families we work with? Do you love shopping and buying holiday presents? Our Holiday Giving Tree Program matches community members with the families we work with to share a wonderful holiday gift.
Whether you are a family looking to spend your holiday budget in a giving way, or a company looking to help your team get involved in the community, our Giving Tree Program has a spot for you!
Here is how it works!
*Signing up for this program starts with filling out our google form with as much detail, as possible. We will email you back within 7 days to confirm we received your entry. If you do not hear from us within that time period, please email us at outreach@fpwny.org.
*Each donor (YOU) will be matched with a family by Thanksgiving. It often happens sooner, but will happen by Thanksgiving at the latest.
*For the next four weeks, we are contacting current and graduated families to collect a detailed wishlist from them. The family profile and wishlist you receive will help guide your shopping. It will include name, age, gender, sizes, and preferences. Of course, this does not have to be followed exactly.
*Each donor (YOU) will have several weeks to shop, wrap, label, and organize their gifts.
Delivery Day!
*All donors (YOU) deliver your gifts to Family Promise of WNY on Saturday, Dec. 13th, 8am-1pm. We are located at 75 Hickory Street, Buffalo, NY 14204, and the drop-off zone will be at the entrance of the church.
*Our board and staff deliver your presents to our families that afternoon, and our families enjoy a beautiful holiday season!
A reminder for Donors: Delivery Day is Saturday 12/13 from 9am-12pm!
