Are you part of a faith community, school or business that wants to help a family move out of homelessness? Do you have a group of friends who are ready to make a big impact? Our Housewarming Starter Kits are a way to make a critical impact in the life of one of our families!
Here's how it works:
- Sign up by clicking on the blue button below.
- Let us know the timeline you are interested in working within.
- As you collect items, we will schedule a day for you to drop off the items and tour our shelter.
- As a family receives a move-out date, your items will be assigned and delivered. Your group will receive a thank you and images of the family with their new apartment essentials!
Please Note: There may be several weeks between collecting your items and them being delivered to a family's home due to our ever-changing move-out schedule.
Write us a check if it's easier!
A full housewarming kit costs around $500. If it is easier for your group, you can just make a check out to "Family Promise of WNY" and write "housewarming kit" in the memo. We'll take care of the rest!
